The audio is stored in the wmv video as wma audio. (Go figure.)

The flac file is present because I could not demux (extract) the 1:1 wma audio stream, so I converted it to FLAC to preserve its specific encoding, which is all we have.  This would give the most data to the OGG Vorbis encoder.
